Internal Speakers suddenly sound crackly / broken?
This has been happening on / off for the last couple months, randomly whilst using the laptop the sound would go from normal to crackly / muffled, almost as if I was listening in rediculously low quality! I know this is the internal speakers, because headphones sound fine and it happens with every sound source (including changing volumes etc). Normally, it would stop working for only a few minutes at a time and tilting the laptop vertically or backwards would fix the problem, however, just an hour or so ago it stopped working properly and won't go back to normal. What should I do!? I'm past warranty and can't afford to repair it right now.

If you can't afford to repair it then your only choice is to use headphones

I'd sooner eat my own cock than subject my ears to laptop speakers.

Yeah, I don't typically listen through Laptop speakers, it's more the fact that it's broken that's bugging me and the fact that I might need to use it but can't.
Weird shit though, I did a software update and it stopped doing it, but for some reason every time I put my laptop on top of my Behringer Multicom ProXL hardware compressor and use the laptop's speakers they sound blown, and when I take it off and turn the laptop vertical / tilt it forward it stops doing it again. Fucking weird
