See, this is my problem with him too, that and his apparent lack of strength in his wrists.... I just have this fear that my estrogen levels will spike if I listen to his voice for a prolonged period.
Admittedly, I have not much to base this on other that a few gifs of him mincing around and the snh general consensus.

See the problem is Timbaland half the time isn't even involved in "Timbaland productions".

Plus he aint good anymore.

Then there's the problem that drake is an annoying prick with a horrible voice who makes corny music.Even production wise his stuff sucks

Then also posthumous albums usually suck ass. Especially when it's a project of this type.

An exception to this rule being Tupac's R U still Down. Unfortunately his other posthumous releases watered down his previous output causing newer listeners to disregard everything he did.
I know Pac doesn't get much love round these parts, maybe for the reason above...

The only good posthumous stuff I can think of is when they released Jimi Hendrix's stuff that was gonna be released anyway.

And The Shining by J Dilla had some good tracks

There was that one Nirvana tune that was alright too.

Edit - Oh and there were some sick verses from Biggie on the album 'Born Again' and Victory and Young G's.

Yeah see basically the good stuff is when they've released stuff that they recorded and should be released anyway.

When people do this thing of collabing or reworking dead peoples shit to release it is when it goes fucking awful.

timbaland is shite now so i don't care if he's involved

i hated Marvin's Room (love JoJo's cover though) but I think Take Care is really good

the song that BGR put up on Soundcloud was amazing but the production was absolute shite, seriously, what the hell. i can tolerate drake's verses but by and large he only has about 3 topics. i hope his vocal input is minimal, lol.

the stuff that Nas recorded with Amy Winehouse before she died thats getting released now is really good, Aaliyah's similar for me. The project might be exploitative bullshit but the chance to hear that voice again singing something new... is too good to pass up

Timbaland said in an interview if any Aaliyah material is released it should be done by himself and missy, and done for charity.

Drake trying to make money off it is not cool at all.

Woah, Dubfordesert Timbaland used to make some sick tracks. Fair enough to say he doesn't now (especially as a lot of "timbaland productions" aren't him) but his old stuff was decent.

If those two can't even make another decent missy album- how could they hope to do this succesfully?

The 40 production really suits her voice based off that first track, I'm pretty excited. Take Care is a top album too, really surprised me since Thank Me Later was a real mixed bag.

Fuck Timbaland, I respect and still love the stuff he did up until about My Love with JT, but like 90% of all his productions since then have been ass. 40 is the better shout imo
