Shit mate that sounds nasty you need some valium, the not being able to see properly is because of the panic attacks they bend your vision i dont know why it happens but it happened to me as well, if you dont want to use valium try just keeping doing your normal routine getting up dressed have a mix if you have decks cook some lunch go for a walk, the worst thing to do is stay in bed all the time i did that and i got anticipatory anxiety so i basically made myself have panic attacks, i beat it though and im sure you can hope you feel betterjayladders wrote:had a very rough few days. constant panic attack, can hardly breathe, very intense chest pains, headache off the fuckin scale. feel very sick, cant see properly. havent slept in a long time. starting to get emotional
