Thanks for the concern everyone, that really has made me happy today. Quite a lots gone on the last couple years and my lid just blew last night after a fair amount of alcohol and heading home without any mates (who'd all just jumped into a taxi to get to their respective homes). I think I've just gotten too used to chilling at some ninja or other's place after a night out, as opposed to a sudden end to the night.

I can understand that man, sometimes when you're pissed it's easy to get bummed out and suddenly being left on your own at that stage is the worst!! Hope you're feeling better today mate, like I said bell me if you need anything

Also, no more fucking beer in large quantities. It just seems to make me feel more bummed out these days than any other alcoholic drink.

Good beer with a high alcoholic percentage is ok, as it means I don't have to drink as much of it.
