Silly question, but why not just rip the vinyl you have?

Although an hours worth of ripping your own vinyl by tomorrow would be missions, knew it was a silly question

my mixer's got a weird buzz coming from it which is alright for when i'm recording mixes (sounds lyk pirate radio init ) but wouldn't be any good for vinyl rips

it's weird, you can only really hear the buzz when you record out of the mixer so it could be something wrong with my shitty soundcard

Also, just had some snidey little shitbag send me chase emails for most of the afternoon on something I'm working on, copying in the world & his dog so everyone can see that he's repeatedly asking me to do something, then when I finally do it and send it to him he only sends the thank you/job well done email to me and doesn't copy anyone in.

Man has just made my shit list big time and is in for a world of bureaucratic hurt next week

We have a 4 working day leadtime to do this particular task that the guy has asked, he drops his request through at 4pm yesterday afternoon with a "Yo, we need this for tomorrow else the customer walks, okay?" message. Been busting myself all fucking day to do it, have been the only one in the office for about 3hrs now as we finish at 3pm on a Friday, and have just got it all done and out the door and the cockweasel doesn't even copy other people in the mail.

Nah, it's all good and out the door now and helps smash our KPI targets for the month as it was turned around inside 1 day instead of 4. Besides, first beer of the weekend with the missus always tastes sweeter when you earn it

Yeah for me that would actually go in the happy thread because the feeling of relief once you wake up is awesome like when you have a really realistic dream about family members dying or something, and then you wake up and realize they're still alive
