Thoughts on trap/ trapstyle?
My apologies if this has been discussed, I'm usually in the production board.

haha I wasn't even trolling when I asked the question. I have a feeling that there are a lot more Europeans on this board than there are North Americans, and that trap is North American thing. So I'm going to get a lot of responses like this. lol

Edit 1: aaaaaand it turns out you're from Nebraska. alright. haha
Edit 2: Okay maybe the assumptions I made about electronic music in European and North American culture are incorrect.

Need some BBC4 musicologist to trace the roots of this sudden popularity in Trap-ness, I can't figure it out.

Trapstyle? Is that not just hardstyle with triplet high hats and too many 808 snares?
