Yes dave is writing dubstep.
The only bits I have heard are dubstep remixes he has done of tunes from his last album. Perhaps there is more in the works..
BIG.

i hope this is true! His set at glade was sick, started off with his Hiphop/breaks mash-up ness a la tiphop. If he makes some dubstep i hope he goes for the Ton of Bricks option.
@bob, that was Tipper scratching himself! Man's a don.

Tipper is next level....Always has been.
Easily one of my favourite producers. No one does the spazzed out glitch hop like him..
Seen him rockin' the fuel system enough times back in the day.
Wish he played the uk more though.

shit yeh!!
his downtempo sets are mindblowingly good. it would be insane to hear a tipper produced dubstep track, proper funky bass bidness.

Bought Tipper's 'Open the Jowls' 12" and I have to say it's one of my favourite breaks tracks. One of only very few I've bothered to mix alongside dubstep too.

Tipper likes his bass - a good sign. Check he end of the Critical Path album - revving sub bass for about 10 minutes.
