I honestly don't feel safe around police. My friend got arrested a couple weeks back for smoking a cigarette at a football game. No confrontation, he simply asked the cop where he could smoke, the cop pushed him and when he got back up, the cop slammed on on his chest and arrested him. I yelled at the cop that he's a minor so the cop pushed him face first into a car and said "no, he's a fucking bitch".

I carry a telescopic riot baton on me for just such occasions

Those things are way too heavy. I used to carry one on me but the only time I should have used it I completely forgot about it.

I was recently stopped for speeding. The police offers were very polite, explained my misdeeds and gave me helpful information on how and when I should hand in my licence within a week. They offered me the option to challenge the charge in court, to which I politely declined. After that, they wished me a safe drive home.

Then I got out the car and smashed him in the back of the head with a telescopic riot baton.

Thug life! I was walking through the mall last week when I was stopped by a cop that claimed he saw me shoplifting. He takes me into this back room and questions me for a bit, he couldn't find the headphones I allegedly stole so he apologized and let me go, offering me a gift card for a new restaurant at the food court for my time, then we chatted about "kids these days" and whatnot for a bit before he had to go on lunch break. He told me to have a nice day and walked off.
