Is there a way to copy only automation to be able to add it somewhere else? Eveytime I try it copies the automations and the clip. Im sure there is a way to do that but I cant figure it out

there is a little plus on the lower right of the track thingy, it copy's the automation onto a separate track. you can then copy automation... or something that way

Yeah, with the automation you want to copy, make sure the automation envelope is on the screen. highlight the entire portion you want to copy, then right click and the dropdown menu says "Copy Automation Envelope" or "Duplicate Automation Envelope".

^^^ yeah what he said, you dont have to do the plus button option, just highlight the area with the automation, even if there is a clip there, and just "copy envelope" i cant remember the hotkey though
