Damn, that really sounds bad.
You may as well start putting your smokes out on your forehead to keep things entertaining.
Plus you'll give the bitches something to talk about.

Smoke pot. Your cravings will get less intense with time but it will still be like your number one thought for a while. Just don't give in cause you will go back to square one every time. Seriously, don't be like I just need a puff to calm my nerves, your brain will try and trick you into thinking a little wont hurt and before you know it you'll be a regular smoker again.

My father quit cold turkey in early 2000 after 20-25 years of smoking. He chewed gum all day until he felt it wasn't necessary anymore. If he can do it, so can you. Stop making excuses! Tough love and that. :w: He gained massive weight though but it's okay cos we still love him.

Don't drink alcohol for at least a few weeks, maybe try a nicotine supplement so even if you do smoke you will feel physically sick

I tried about a month ago. Replaced my tobacco with some herbal smoke mix to smoke with joints on the recommendation of my mate who gave up like tht.

Was completely tobacco free for just over a week, but started again. I'm now trying to cut down brfore eventually stopping completely.

i gave up ciggarettes about 3 years ago, only thing i would say is that when you get a craving just tell yourself in your head that your not a smoker anymore so why would you want a cigarette and you should be able to put the thought at bay.
Also when you get a craving have something to eat instead, you might put on a bit of weight but youl stop after about 2 weeks.

I've stopped smoking a few times before, I remember when I tried about a year and a half ago. I'd spend like £3 on food on my breaks.
