Re: breakcore/noise/other
I'm in dire need of similar music to :
The 13th hour, especially the Lithium Project EP. Same kind of tempo (not too fast), with as much emphasis on subtle (almost apocalyptic) as there is on noise and breaks.
Another reference would of course be his other project, Bombardier (though I do really prefer the much more slower and lo-fi approach of the 13th hour).
Any one got some advice fora novice?

That reminds me, found this mix a few days ago, stupidly good.

Drone/punk/industrial/noise, all the good shit. Starting with Lynch through Wolf Eyes, Cloaks to Trencher, Haxan Cloak & Boards of Canada, seriously wide-ranging mix, anyone got any others like this?

2nd drop, 140 gabba
Gene, any thoughts on Qore 3.0? It looks like the most mega rave in the world. I've done endless squat parties & filthy pub style venues, never been anywhere with those sort of production values, considering it next year, worth a go?
Sensory overload, think my heart would stop and limbs would pump themselves straight off my body.
I wanna reach for the fucking lazers to Outside Agency/Producer/Limewaxb2bThrasher pl0x

Re: breakcore/noise/other
I've never gone to Qore, I kinda have mixed feelings on this cuz it does seem cool when it's so big, but I've always prefered smaller venues. And I don't know anyone who goes and I'd feel weird going to a huge ass party by myself. :p The prices are good though (like 50 euros?) and they're getting more and more breaky shit. Rotator this year even. It's like mainstream hardcore is FINALLY accepting hard edged dnb and breakcore.

Re: breakcore/noise/other
Yeah, done plenty of small venues, this is an entirely different experience, worth a go sometime I think. I'd obviously not be going by myself either, roling deep with a gang of like 10 could be the most mega-safe-rave ever raved.
Yeah, even Dominator had a good stage this year.
Unrelated note, Divtech is the breakcore savior;
