Is Cubase 6.5 any good for dubstep production?

Any DAW, sequencer, tracker or recording gear is worthy of making dubstep; its what you put onto it what matters.

Cubase has the necessary synths and FX and built in samples inside the box to make a decent dubstep tune though, yes.

god these questions erk me. its like people do no reading about daws or music production in general before purchasing one.
