this guy integrates 8bit sounds into his stuff really well. ive been trying to use LSDJ. it aint easy lol. most of it requires programming your own sounds unless you got dat sample pack

Zomby - Zomby EP on Hyperdub and One Foot Ahead of The Other, all chippy goodness (Godzilla, Aquafresh, Helter Skelter and Digital Fauna (standard!) are favourites)

Scratcha DVA on Hyperdub (Polyphonic Dreams, Madness and others)

Not a fan, but Unicorn Kid has a couple of derbstep tunes that might be up your street too.

Joker's heavy on the stuff too. Most "purple sound" proudcers are.

But yeah Hyperdub is great for this stuff.

Also stuff commonly called "Skweee" and/or "Wonky" is full of low bit sounds and is kind of dubsteppish (or at least "bass music").
