Had one of those morning commutes where every light turned green for me and I walked straight onto the train. Nice feeling, good vibes and Dusk & Blackdown on the earphones

You know what bro, strange you say that, I've been getting a LOT of green lights lately. I live in a place where they do traffic calming, ie attempt to stop vehicles at ever light or every other light. But I've been straight zipping through green light after green light. Very noticeable.

Also, managed to get up in the hills today, after a couple of days of rain. Forest completely awash in the smells of sage and rosemary. Fucking incredible.

That's a positive way of looking at it.
Anther way to spin that story would be to say, "You know what iceland smells like? A giant fart."

ahah yeah. and its at it's worst when you pour water from the tap
it's pretty pungent. but once you have it running for a few seconds it's the cleanest water around. when i was visiting for the first time during the middle of winter, there were consistent ''what the fucks'' running through my head. its all because of the geysers obviously
it's better in the summer when the flowers bloom i suppose..

yeah
fart/rotten eggs what have you
i mean it's more like a tinge in the air you know, not like your inhaling someone's direct fart after a binge at taco bell

That's because you're used to it.
It actually is like someone is holding you down and pulling their finger in your mouth.
