Aah, I didn't notice the free part.
CV Piano gets good reviews so go download it and try it.

Been playing around with this one since only yesterday, but seems solid. Beats the hell out of Ableton's stock piano's.

+1 I've been using this in all of my productions lately, probably the most realistic sounding piano i've come across so far which is free.

PianoOne is great, I don't use anything else. With the right fx (reverb & exciter) you don't need any more.
