D.A.P. - Dreams Arise (Mainstream) - 1st Time Post

Post by daveplantz » Wed Nov 21, 2012 4:57 am

Hey everyone,
I'm Dave and I'm pretty new to mixing EDM music. I've wrote a lot of alternative and pop tracks over the years but am looking to crossover into dubstep and EDM production.

Definitely would love feedback on this early track called "Dreams Arise". Getting ready to record vocals in a week for the chorus / drop. Until i get the vox in, im holding off on wobble and synth accents in the chorus. The bridge is just a filler right now. To me, my biggest issue is sub-bass consistency. No clue how to tame it... Maybe multiband?

Thanks everyone. :)
Dave
