Some things, I don't like. Too crowded. Some info is demphasized. It does look ugly now though. Other one was nice and clean, but actually could have used some touches... seems like they went overboard. I don't use any of the social aspects of sc, can't say about that.

Yeah but they didn't just change what it looks like, they removed some features we liked and added ones that we don't.

Really did not like the changes to gmail. It has been a long time and it is still bothersome. Heavy use of too light grays, and overall information ambivalence. Sc shares many of the same flaws, in my opinion.

Would like to say more but only have use of left hand.

Oh would like to say that sc on iPad is really good, IMO. Some usability foibles, but still very good.

I disagree. I think it looks very clean. Maybe an unnecessary improvement but at least it didn't cost me anything.

I use SC to promote my music and listen to/contact others that make music, I use facebook for keeping in contact with friends....two seperate things that I don't really need to be linked. I'd rather not have any of the suggested people to follow or sharing/social network linking type features.

Make a list of all the features you don't like and drop it in their feedback box, when shit is in beta, the developers rely on feedback from the users.

Exactly, seems like they're trying to become more 'modern' so that they can get more users. The thing is, it was functional as hell so musicians didn't care, seems like they're almost exclusively trying to appeal to the non-uploader crowd. Only problem is, at heart it's still a music uploading platform, so most people who don't make music aren't gonna care still.

This. It's not like it's only a few of us who don't like it, the general consensus (from what I've seen) has been a negative reaction, if we all let them know what we don't like, and if it's enough of us, they will listen because if we (the artists) stop using it as much, they're screwing themselves. Less music = less people going to soundcloud.

And they've added that 'repost' feature which I'm not sure how I feel about. Seems to be trying too hard to be Tumblr, and I think will just turn into a "Repost 4 Repost!!" spam fest.

I'm not that happy.
I had no issues with the old layout.

Awesome, I can't listen to music on SoundCloud anymore.
I can only listen to embedded players no directly through SC.
Anyone having the same problem?
