I've been under enforced teetotalism for 6 months now and i feel so fucking good. Bored out of my mind but i sleep well, feel less anxious, I'm losing weight and getting very fit. Maybe anyone looking to improve their health should move to Saudi Arabia for year. I'm in my thirties but feel like a teenager again.

The celibacy is most definitely not a positive. However I'll be a sexual athlete by the time i get back to the Mrs.
