Maschine MK2 3===D~~~

Post by outdropt » Mon Dec 10, 2012 6:36 pm

Just jizzed my pants.... I just placed an order for the MK2... Super excited and i have been reading up on some of the features and tricks with this product.

I want to know who has a Maschine product, how their implementation went, did it become your go to hardware, the pro's/cons you saw after time, ect.

I am one happy camper, plus buying myself a big screen, no longer going to have to squint to see whats going on in ableton :corndance:

I really just felt like bragging a little tbh :mrgreen:

Maschine and ableton go together great. Maschinetutourials.com (no affiliation) has some great free vids for getting set up with maschine and routing it in you're daw. Also the NI forums are really helpful.

I have a Mk1 that I've been enjoying for a while now. I don't really use it touts full potential though. I mostly just use it for programming dums. I do get that nice "human" feel with it though.

I also have to say I'm damn jealous of those light up pads. So good!

Just synced Maschine to Traktors midi clock. That's tits.

Mixing with timecode vinyl and playing synth lines or percussion over it :D
Kind of need a three channel mixer though..

I cant wait, and 1.8 has so many features. Seems great for quick experimenting too. Just so much in one little..... Machine :6:

Ill check out the resources you provided, much appreciated. It doesn't seem like many people use the MK on DSF, just by the amount of posts.

I have maschine mk2 and love it. Its amazing. a little hard to get used to the workflow with maschine and live but once you keep pushing yourself to learn it, it will get easier to use.
Dont get mad at the ignorant, educate them.
