Swear I've seen this guy in solihull too (says he lives in wolverhampton, so it's conceivable). If it's not him, it's a very similar looking whistling blind dude, walked past his bowl, it was mostly notes, and all the coins were pound coins. Gonna estimate he had a couple of hundred quid in there. :o
