Questions about the KRK Rokit 5's

Do you need an audio interface to use these speakers?
Would you recommend also buying the KRK sub?

And im actually kind of confused how to connect them.. ive been using the standard USB computer speakers for a while.

BTW I haven't bought them yet.

Yes you need an interface, but more importantly you need to go to the production board

Yes, you do need an interface or soundcard with cinch/xlr.

If you're going with the 5 I would definitely get a the 10" sub as well because the 5's barely have bass. The 6" do produce a fair amount of low end though.

And you would need either cinch or xlr cables to connect them. Hence the reason why you would need an interface or soundcard.
