I did try and be a good boy and smoke outside, but they said I'd have to wait 40 minutes, so I had to smoke inside.

Chef smacked it.

And the MC's were heavy Wiley, Flowdan, Crazy D

night was really dissapointing to be honest.

missed wiley because we were waiting in the queue, and then i heard he was only on for half an hour anyway and jetted straight after. definitely the wrong time to put him on! trim was a no show too?

got in for kode9s set though - i swear the majority of tracks got a pull up, even though i dont think the crowd were demanding them?! really ruined the flow of the set. and i like flodan but hearing the same few lyrics for an hour is boring...especially when he hardly let the music play out by himself. but i was really liking some of the stuff kode9 was playing, hadnt heard much of it before. but i wouldve still put his set earlier on in the night.

i think geeneus and tubby and foots were on after that - couldnt hear d double at all! and foots should finish his bars when the crowd arent doing that for him...! tubby going off on the sound engineer was funny though

then yunx was on but i was so tired and bored, and it seemed as if riko was a no show so we headed for the doors.

didnt like the venue much. sound was decent but nothing special. heard some painful microphone feedback more than once, and the main dj booth is in such an awkward place it didnt really seem right. crowd didnt seem up for it either at all.

mehhhhhh

^^ I thought flowdan was absolutely fantastic. completely overshadowed wiley's slightly disappointing performance.. system was playing tricks during karnage though.

had a good time.. distance smacked it towards the beginning. it is the end though. nahmean.

tune of the evening - den of drumz. HEAVY.

big up corpsey, good to meet you man

the 3 hours that we spent in there were pretty sick tho.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO...etc. Larging up PK Crack unit! Hope your hand heals soon. Can i sign the cast? Lol.

Slightly odd night that left me hankering for the cosy confines of Plastic People. That aside, a good social. Music was aight. And nice to see Wiley perform as he's one of my fav MC's on wax, but his perfomance imo was a little tame. Think everyone played well. Mighty Moe always brings mad energy. But the bass just didn't quite capture me like it usually does...

Out to Art looking slick in his suit. Made perfect sense.

And Dolly for the fruitless mission.

Big up all the Reading gang for the trek...gutted i lost ya sooo many times. And to all the regulars - your collective chests.

Bus home was a darkhole of sleep - woke up only 3 stops passed my house. Was a result

Ah lucky this time. :D Only three stops is pretty good. The best is when you end up some where completely unknown to you and the bus drive chucks you off. gotta love it really.

Goes without saying mate, but I'll say it just this once- BIG UP YOU tnuc :W:

I must have spent at least fifty quid on drinks last night, hurting

Yeah thought there were too many pull ups. It sat right with some of the sets but not in the Kode set. Can't believe I missed Chef in Room 2- should have spent more time in there, it was vibes in there.

Youngst was maybe set of the night for me, just for the mixing. Too much!

Big night. Kode9 with Flo Dan and Youngsta with Riko definite highlights. Both sets smacked it. Large up the UFO, Rams, the birthday boy 4 LineHaiku, Decibella, Hopper and anyone else I chatted to.

The queue was a joke. Three hours standing shoulder to shoulder is bound to wear you out. Couldn't keep up after Kode 9, so we left. All in all was a sweet night. The first half of N-Type was decent, Chef in room 2 was great and the Kode was sick as ever.
