Usually movies sound samples sites use terrible quality, they have collections of most common flicks and even for those you like they might not have the kind of quotes you're after.
Better DIY : always have pen + paper close when you watch a movie and be ready to pause or use a stop watch and write down anytime your hear sthg valuable.
Plus, besides the speeches, sound designers do amazing work when it comes to fiction.

irecord is a useful tool. You can download a trial free, just google it. Once you've installed it you can take the audio direct from any internet page e.g. any clips from tvlinks for example, or youtube.

As can Sound Forge.

TMPGEnc if you need a freebie, but it's for video format conversion, extracting Wavs is just an extra. So it's not exactly user-friendly if you dunno what you're doing with video (like me).

Just googled this, not tried it, looks handy:

nope don't have cubase or soundforge.. i'll have a go at that freebie cheers, i just hope it only creates a extra wav, not overwrite my movie with audio only... if you know what i mean ? :|
