Overprocessed Beats ?? Please Help

Post by whineo » Mon Aug 13, 2007 11:55 pm

Do these beats sound over processed to you?
DivShare File - leavin_town_forum_test.mp3
My whole approach to makin tunes has changed since I made this
Should I strip it down and rebuild from scratch or are they salvageable with a bit of hard work??

just..stop producing please

just messing. whats wrong with the tune? nothing, its a fine tune.

if you want it to be more dubstep friendly then mastering is what you are after. im by no means an engineer, but here is the track beefed up a bit.

cant listen to your sample dude cos i'm at work....but do a search on 'paralell compression' on google or summat... engineers often use this to beef up drums, i think you can do it to a full mix also
