Nice tune, i like the acidy lead. Maybe it could modulate some more to give it some variation over the length of the track.

I'd like to say gongrats for taking up music production at such an early age!
I remember i started around 13-14 but i sure as hell didn't do dubstep or any specialized stuff.

If you keep this up, you WILL make it far someday!

About the tune:
-Variation... You don't want to make a totally new tune out of it, just....twist n turn the samples a little...keeps people interested.
-Start searching for different drum/snare/synth/bass samples... gives your tunes a more unique feel.

Well....i dont know what else to say...just keep it up!

agree with krio - get some twists and turns in there - keep it interesting
i would say your about 70% there with this one
im really loving it at the minute - not keen on the vocal samples tho and it def needs to be longer
