Should be alright for DJs though I agree, I mean it's not like that's working.

If you are asking if I am trying to turn from beneath, to overturn or overthrow from the foundation, pervert or corrupt by an undermining of morals, allegiance or faith; then you may want to be a little more specific as to what you think my intended target(s) is(are) and I will be able to provide you with an answer to the question you just posed.masstronaut wrote:Are you some kind of sub-versive?biomechanique wrote:maybe it's because most dubstep producers are bass terrorists

btw the word "subversive" is an adverb
you should have asked me either
a) Are you trying to be subversive?
or
b) Are you some kind of subverter?

Hard to say, because it usually depends upon my mood and interaction with others.
For example, if I do not fully understand a question that I am asked (see above), I may desire the need for clarity.

Actually sub-versive isn't a word at all, it's a hyphenated thing I made up for the purposes of a joke. Call it poetic license if you will.
But you know, sometimes words can be adjectives and nouns simultaneously which by some bizarre coincidence happens to be the case in this er, case.
Now if you were talking about subversively, well that is indeed an adverb, just like say 'stupidly', or 'incorrectly'.
I have notified your parents of both your poor performance and your insolence, and Mr. Jenkins would like a lickle word in his office too...

I stand corrected
I was indeed looking at the category of the word "subversively"
but at the late hour it is in Texas I am sure my wobbley vision can be excused
Now, tell me what it is you think I am trying to subvert and I'll be more than happy to provide you with the answer you seek

p.s. If you by chance were playing with the prefix "sub", then I can see where your artistic use fits in

i know lots and lots of journalists who have got serious hassle, even when they've just been going there for a holiday.Plastician wrote:How can they prove you're in the country to work.... you might be there on holiday.

I remember hearing that a whole plane load of uk/european journalists flew over to cover the E3 games show and as they hadnt got a proper work visa they were put straight back on a plane and sent back. A tad harsh.
is it?
NO.
NO.
