even though it's quite common to flop in basketball these days it doesn't look like flopping to me. looks like he's dizzy / knocked out.

to be fair, refs these days will call foul on defenders so much more easily than they will a charge on the guy dunking. so a lot of defenders will just stand there so as to not catch a foul call
