I've cut down from 5-6 cups of coffee a day to 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of Rooibos tea.
I can only see this being a good thing.

10 spoons of coffee
10 spoons of sugar
1 1/2 cup of milk

its good it tastes kinda like berries with a slight sour note.. actually i always think it has a metallic taste but it's enjoyable in a weird way

It's a bit sweeter and slightly earthy /metallic.
But with bitter overtones.
Difficult to explain.
Rooibos is Caffeine free as well.

I know it's good but everything in moderation I say.
6 cups sometimes more a day is overkill.
I was drinking coffee to pass time at work.

Imami - I don't get tired from tea.
Coffee on the other hand puts me to sleep.

if you want some 'natural' sleep aids theres a few things you can try: valerian, hops, and passion flower

I have something that has all 3 mixed together and it knocks me out for a good while
