War/Road is Rough?

Sold out pretty damn fast. I already had a couple of the digital copies and still grabbed the vinyl. There are some people who buy for the vinyl fetish, I think.

45's are back big time, but only for indie rock.

would it be wise for someone starting out to press up 300 records to start with then re-press as and when required or is that amount to low just go with the standard 500

Wish they did but I doubt it - All of the reggae shops in Nottingham have now closed due to everyone downloading/buying copied cd's...

:(

Just before one of them closed they were trying to sell us cd's containing only downloaded mp3's !

Reggae 7s would be about 500 also in Europe / UK - not sure about JA. MP3 getting big there I hear.

Alright guys, so what percentage of, say, a Tempa single is sold in mp3s these days? I ask about Tempa 'cos they obviously sell on iTunes etc...

If 1,000 vinyls are pressed, how many mps are sold?
