I love candy but then I realized that I'm on a one-way road to getting diabetes and extreme weight problems. No more candy while producing.

When making beats in front the pc I drink more energizers than beer. But when chilling with friends and making beats on mpc, it often tends to be more beer! =)

I'm partial to alcoholic beverages if it's the afternoon/night, other wise it'll be copious amounts of tea or the occasional red bull.
I'm a sucker for doritos w/ dip and choc chip cereal bars though... can eat them for days.

I used to eat candy while producing but my dental bill convinced me to switch to smoothies instead. The sugar rush from either keeps you going long hours.

When I'm producing, I eat popping candy, so that I sound like burial

2 keyboards 1 computer

I just drink coffee now. No cigs no weed. I use to, but it would end up just distracting me too much.

well, i think you're supposed to use it as a distraction. people don't work nearly as well throughout the day if they don't take 15 min breaks every couple of hours.
when i get stuck, i go outside and smoke a cig - usually by the time i'm done i've already figured out in my head the solution to the problem i was having.
