Road to Perdition is quality too.

Mark Isham's score for Crash is fantastic, regardless of the film. I think Hans Zimmer is popular now that it's become cool to say he's sh*t. I didn't think Inception was all that as a film but that is not a soulless soundtrack. I kind of want to throw Michael McCann's score for Deus Ex in there too. I know it's a game but I would listen to that shit all day. It reminds me of the Blade Runner OST (intentionally I'm sure)

And Gustavo Santaolalla, this guy is something else.

Giorgio Moroder's Metropolis score.. it's not the original, but it is the best.

Co-sign on Clint Mansell stuff. It's become a bit of a cliché now that it gets used on every dramatic trailer ever, but the Summer Overture from the Requiem for a Dream score is almost obscenely good.

Fumio Hayakaka for the Seven Samurai score.

Shout out John Williams for, well, almost every 70s and 80s movie theme worth remembering.

One of my favorites has to be Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis.

Watch it if you haven't. The scene in the rain is one of my favourite moments of film ever, largely down to the music.
