My First go at dubstep so crit would be nice ;)

Post by freshcut » Mon Aug 27, 2007 3:17 pm

Hey so I just signed up here, I'm an idm/electronica producer usually and i had a go at dubstep and I realised that the tempo of dubstep is soo f,ing sweet to work with, i had a right laugh and didn't move from my seat for about 11 hours and then it was done. Anyway as its my first try at dubstep I'd love a little feedback. Its got a indian/arabian feel to it and is pretty exotic :)

Check the track on www.myspace.com/freshcutmusic its called "I don't want to go yet"

That tune is amazing! totally superb first effort at dubstep. the only thing i could say is maybe ther could be a bit more sub and mid bass in there, feels like its lacking a bit in the bottom end frequencies. but thats just my opinion. ya can tell you used to produce idm and such, the drum patterns are amazing; really busy and intricate. fuck IDM get on the dubstep scene.

any chance of a 320 please :D
