i had a look at accounts wages down there and they're all for like 21.5-25 and i was like ffs

need to get in recruitment asap

Is that before of after Weighting? My job up in lewisham was 16/17k+ 4K weighting.
Some jobs add it before, some after. So really take what you are earning now and add 4k on it for a rough idea of what you should get in london for similar work.
