I'm still fairly new to producing, and looking for some constructive criticism... Thanks in advance.

ask and thou shalt receive

THIS IS ALL SIMPLY MY OWN OPINION

generic drum samples are very very unappealing and i feel no fear in speaking for 99% of this forum in that statement. we've all heard the overused, cnp'd 'drum and bass' drum samples that are just carelessly tossed around generic music as if the producers say 'its expected, so lets just do it'.

synths have no presence on first tune, just a floppy mess that leave me dissatisfied. panning unnecessary. synths on second tune could have been clever, but i feel there is potential wasted here. if you didnt stick to the constraint of genre/style that youve chosen, which seems imitated to me, you could do something possibly interesting.

(bare in mind i come from a trance background) pads/ambience isnt bad on first tune. same goes for second.

general overview: these tunes dont stand out to me. generic, regurgitated, vocals deemed unnecessary by myself. structure isnt terrible, you know how to use variants and thats never bad. once again, i feel obliged to inform you that i feel this is an odd place to post this music as if you skimmed through the general page/tunes page/dubs page/any page youd know that no one will look at this as it simply does not stand out.

be this as it may, i know people who would love your music, and would 'grind hard' to it. depressingly, this speaks enough for itself that i need no closing statement
