Traktor won't respond to my controller?

Post by VirusTI » Mon Feb 04, 2013 1:16 pm

Sup guys, I'm running a Digital Jockey 2 Master Edition into Traktor Scratch Pro 2.5, up until today it's been working fine, when I turn it on today and try to use it, it's acting really strange, for example I can't get tracks to play (even when I press play with my mouse / keyboard), every time it just works for like half a second (the light will light up etc) then it will stop again... But the weird thing is the same thing happens when I do it with the mouse and not even using the controller...

This is the same for all the buttons on the controller, not just play, including all the EQ kills, shift buttons, preview buttons etc, oddly enough though all faders / knobs work perfectly fine and every time I press a button I know the laptop is recieving midi data because the 'ctrl' icon lights up!

I've tried reinstalling TSP2.5 and even tried it on a copy of Traktor Pro 2 I downloaded just to try this, same problem...

Any ideas? :q: :u:

Useful forum is useful...

In case anyone else gets the same problem, the IAC bus I'd activated to use the Cthulhu plugin was causing all the problems. Immediately after disabling it, Traktor appeared to work normally.
