Are you even old enough to watch this you irritating little fuck?

Also whoever it was slagging of Carnage is wrong, IMO I thought it was fantastic. All the actors in it smashed it out of the park.

Saw this in the cinema a few months back in France seems like it's getting a wider release;

I really liked it, if you're happy to see a strange film where nothing is what you expect and don't expect any answers, go ahead

Finally watched Django last night. I think it's great, but I kinda missed that Tarantino vibe again. I can't really say what it is exactly, but I had that with Basterds as well.
Still a great film though. The actors were fantastic.

Also, those two hip hop tracks completely didn't fit. I've got absolutely no idea why they were used.

The Bridge (Documentary about suicides of the Golden Gate bridge). Depressing as you'd expect but it's done well and is strangely compelling.

THIS

Watched it last night... some of the best acting performances I've seen in a while. All four leads were brilliant... I'd really like to see the stage version tbh. Didn't realise it'd started life as a play until I looked it up after the film because it felt so much like one.

Christopher Waltz really is a superb actor.

I had the exact same with both movies! Can't explain it either :)

I wouldn't say they're shit, deffo enjoyable but sometimes I get the impression Tarantino is trying too hard to make a Tarantino film

Last movie I went and saw was Skyfall. Absolutely loved it btw. Next on my list is Django Unchained. I could watch any Tarantino movie a hundred times and not get tired of it.

Not a film as such but I watched Jonathan Meades' recent documentary on Essex twice the other day. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

It's up on iplayer 'til Tuesday if anyone's curious - http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0 ... _of_Essex/

Cloud Atlas :

Ok, somethings trying to do something special doesn't work out. This is one of them instances. Poor acting on occasion (Tom Hanks...jezus...) didn't help and I never felt the 'what we do now echoes trough eternity' message. The connections between the stories weren't that compelling or moving and the segments itself were sometimes really underdeveloped or cliché. And content wise there was always clashing of moods.

And Hugh grant as a cannibal overlord? Please. Another majorly flawed piece of sci-fi.

Funky Forest. I can honestly say that this movie made no sense whatsoever.
