I'm not pissed off but this certainly doesn't belong in the happy thread; my grandmother passed away last night

I'm not as cut up about it as I thought I would be, guess I came to terms with it a long time ago, she'd been in and out of hospital for as long as I can remember

RIP Nanny Jill xx

I got a load of those anti-static sleeves but the records in them get some residue on them.. might order some different sleeves but it seems wasteful

Dealt with 3 feet of snow in the last 24 hours, my car was quite literally completely buried. Haven't even plowed my street and it may not even be plowed until Monday. And because of the extreme amount of snow I had to dig out my outside heating vent so my house would heat properly and not kill me with carbon monoxide.

Anybody who says they love snow like this is either a tnuc or a izan.
