Somehow I always get a "deathstep" vibe. Really want a more groovy bassline, almost a brostep bassline. Can't really figure it out.
That is pretty good, do you mind sharing how you made it?

Yeah man. There's a lot of shit going on with it, mostly bass processing, but I'll make a video since I can't really put it down in words.
Please dear lord, post the video link to this thread when you upload it... Good lord that bass is deathly. FUCKKK. I need to learn how to resample like that.

The second one is good, the tail really sticks out. I'd like to see how you made that.

Sorry for the lame high pitch thing and lame drums, just to make a minimal context.

Soundcloud

massive: hard sync (with like 20% phase mod) -> scream filter automation -> bandreject -> sineshaper -> feedback -> b tube dimensional expander
outboard: multiband effects (phasers, flanger, bitcrusher, saturation) -> ozone (reverb, excitement, eq'ing, narrowing of stereo image)

The growls in my sig were made in massive. I used scrap yard, crude (with some phase mod), and sonic. Then I routed these into parallel double notch and bandreject filters.

Seems like a lot of people are starting to nail some nasty shet, well done lads. I only say that because I was browsing the first few pages earlier...most people are a lot better now!

I'm (slowly/noncommitialy/ragey) working on this, extremely bitey parts from 0:50
Soundcloud
Feedback on the whole thing or biteyness would be cool or whatever :6:

edit: embedded, whoops

@Impresario
Those growls at like 1:02 are really rad! Share some secrets with us ;o
Whole intro is a bit long, and you could smoothen the growls out a tad, otherwise epic!

some sick growly movement there impresario, I'm liking that kind of metallic high tone during the growl, where does that come from?
