Little about the artist:


Kid Zero is an Electro/Dubstep artist founded by Nicholas Holiday, former member of the LA rock band The Chase. Holiday released his first Electro EP “On a Mission” in 2012, which is available on various sites for free, along side the Skrillex and Damian Marley “Make it Bun Dem” (Kid Zero Remix.) He is currently set to release a new EP mid 2013 that will combine Electro House and Dubstep.

Early Life

Nicholas Holiday grew up in La Canada, CA. started playing guitar at the young age of 15 and eventually learned bass and drums as well.

He played bass in the rock band “The Chase” from 2005-2009. Holiday left the Chase in 2009 to pursue a career in orchestral film scoring. Holiday started studying classical piano, music theory and harmony with LA’s premier piano and film scoring instructor Norman Henry Mayme.

While under instruction from Mayme, Holiday became heavily interested in Electro and Dubstep music and started spending his free time learning synthesis and sound design for his next project Kid Zero. Holiday learned synthesis and sound design via self study with the assistance of online video tutorials and online literature.

In 2012 he released his first electro EP “On a Mission.”

While still being new to the EDM scene, fans quickly became interested in the huge sound Holiday was getting from his small home studio. Holiday promoted the EP in conjunction with releasing online video tutorials he created in order to help newbies get a bigger sound from their home studios along with sound packs for his fans.

Holiday is currently set to release a new EP under the stage name Kid Zero in mid 2013 that will combine Electro House and Dubstep. The EP will be a 4 track EP with vocals and action packed with melodic leads and huge dubstep drops.
