A/T/O/S's self-titled debut single will come out on March 25 and it's a smooth, low-slung, dusty industrial r'n'b charmer. Coming backed by remixes from Skream and Commodo
SOMEBODY
excited to hear commodo, he always brings it
The run of form he's been on this last couple of months is astonishing. Wish, Straight Reptilian, Hyperreal, absolutely ruining the dance in System :Q: :Q: :Q:

A Taste of Struggle is the most interested I've been in a forthcoming Deep Medi in a long time, exactly my kind of tune. Love it.

You might wanna check out Tricky, Massive Attack and all the other trip hop guys who've been around for years. Funny how people think something's new and innovative as soon as it's on Medi.

Mala could release some Bon Jovi and everybody would go all-out apeshit.

When did I ever say it was new or innovative? I'm very aware of Massive Attack and Tricky, and I'm listening to Portishead as I type this. Still love this tune.

Yeah, I'm disappointed, too. Maybe I'll have to write a book and fuck my sister to overcome modernist thought structures just like you and Nietzsche.

@Maccavelli: the innovation-part wasn't directed at you, sorry man! Just wanted to help out.

Please point out who says it's "new and innovative" I seem to have missed those posts completely. Nobodys saying it's the newest never heard before shit... And if you know what they think maaaan what are you even still doing here mr God. Now I don't get why you have to repeat yourself ("Sounds like completely standard trip hop to me. It's a good tune and everything, but I don't really see the point in getting all worked up and stuff.") adding a little poison and slate people who do like the tune and "go apeshit" of it as mala brownnosers. You know why I didn't comment on the tune itself before? Because I didn't like it, does this mean I have to go talk shit about people who do? No

Imagine people finding tunes incredible which you don't like, now fuck off pseudo intellect

Silkie put on his facebook he will release new album in the summer

Label wasn't mentioned but I guess Medi is a strong possibility, unless he decides to release it on Anti-social

Video clip for A/T/O/S:

Quite amazing. Judging by the Facebook page, this was done based on paintings they did themselves (whoever they are).

A lot of talent in this.

Call it trip-hop or whatever, I'll buy it :)
