Darjeeling is bold but not bitter. I tried a yellow tea yesterday; yellow tea does exist, albeit it's rare.
I drink 10+ cups of all sorts of tea a day. Someone people think that's crazy, i think it's all good. I'm currently drinking ginger and lemon tea with honey, it's like my sweet night cap.
Please keep this thread rolling...

Cuppa Tea?
How do you take it?
What do you have with in the way of biscuits or cakes? or maybe a nice joint?
Mines no too strong, one sugar, with semi skimmed milk and a few of these to dip in..

Re: TEA!
Strong, no milk, no sugar, but i do have a piece of very dark chocolate with it. A small shop in my town sells those Assam black tin boxes, perfect breakfast tea. Best I've had was probably Morocco too, the guys there would put freshly-cut spearmint and water in a teapot, slow boil it then serve the tea and return the glasses in the teapot 8 or 9 times to massage that mint.
