Can someone tell me a website that tells you abouts shows/nights/events going down in New york?? I go to resident advisor sometimes but I find that a lot of what is advertised is future dubby/housey/technoey resident dj nights that not many people go to..

Is there a mecca of info on parties and shows featuring moobahton and trap and dubstep and hip hop and mainstream and all that stuff?? I mean I could always pay 50 dollars to see skrillex, or diplo, or A-trak or some big ass person but is there a way to get out there and have fun on a smaller scale??

i know there is an events forum. that doesn't really help. i see two events there right off the bat.. both which look like future dub type resident dj nights that 20 people go to. THats cools i'm not judging that but clearly there has to be a larger mecca on info on NYC EDM

Go to record stores & pick up flyers?
Find local promoters and add them on FB?
Check DJs, who you know you likes, schedules' and see where theyre playing?
Work out which venues do shows you'd like, and then look at their future events?
