the clap could do with a grime snare layered on it (google 'wiley snares') or just cut snares out of old grime tunes (yeah cannibalism of genres etc blah blah)

I would work on giving it more space, slow it down, lots of edits to give interesting pauses and shit.
Yeah I've lost the gunshots and changed the bass synth too, sounding a lot fiercer already, will post newer version when I get chance, I'll look into snares too

I'd low pass that bass sound,bring the cuttoff to around halfway and resonance up till you get a bit of a dirtier wub bass.

made this earlier today, my daw says 3 hours of work so im well happy with that. been trying to up my work rate recently :D
