Unlikely, I'd be surprised if they can't sort out an agreement over the Trigga sample. Its normally samples from chart tunes or people signed to big labels who are likely to try get royalties that end up white labels.

It'd be more an issue of having B sides... I think this is the first Klose One tune to be played out and Loefah said he wouldn't consider releasing anything until hes got a handful of tunes that are getting regular plays out.
