It's literally just a square wave.

Layered square waves (not detuned), perhaps a sine in the mix too. Shape your envelope for a pluck (hard attack, quick release to zero), perhaps add a very minor evelope on the pitch to get a slight rise as the note hits. Add some nice reverb.
