idk mate, I don't think you can balance the damage a three day drug binge will do with a bit of broccoli and some push ups.
The strength of youth has a lot going for it but you'll wake up one day in your mid twenties feeling MERKED. It'll take a LOT of pure living to not feel that way any more. But by that time you're working, you have responsibilities (Noun - 1.The state or fact of having a duty to deal with something. 2.The state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something.) and most people don't have the time to live as healthily as they could/should.
By all means, go out and have fun, just recognise that there are serious ramifications.

when you do big sessions, your body attacks muscle, not fat. so you think you've lost weight from not eating but turns out fat is still there.

i really doubt any student can afford to do regular binges unless its on mephedrone or speed, especially if you but the clothes you say you do.

yeah i did say in a previous comment that it's usually when my student loan comes in, cant afford coke & k weekly

i do eat healthy though, and i have a free gym membership with my accommodation

also alot of the time those benders just happen, u didnt plan it, just happend to be at the right place at the right time ive done 3 day binges on like £30

doesnt have to be , but on the whole you're right imho tbh bbq. Your body can cost next to nothing to exercise (no need for machinery really) And you can eat healthy on the cheap but it takes a lot of getting used to and planning. When i'm on a budget i just make myself a bulk vegetable curry /dal to last me most of the week b2b porridge and hemp powder and special tea + herbs etc

everyone's different though. i'm too broke to indulge in drink or drugs at the moment

yeah for me it was more mdma i think, before christmas i was doing it probably twice a week for a good year

lately ive been having a break though and just drinking and i can sorta feel it all coming back a bit

also got a alot fo work and exams over the next few months so will be a good reason to have a break from it all
