thinking about it, could we make and invite only event on Facebook for this? Would be easier to invite people than on here as there's a fair few non-dubstep heads that would be up for it, and easier to keep tabs on what's going on and stuff.

Serious big ups for taking the initiative on this one Burlish, I reckon this is just what we need in Brum now we are starting to build a bit of a scene. If you want any help whatsoever with anything to do with this then give me a shout, more than up for chipping in!

ahhh gonna be really difficult for me to make it down unless I can get something sorted with work. This is a wicked idea though, will really help to push brum producers to finish bits ready to play and get feedback / assessment on a system. and hopefully will encourage colabs. If I cant make it down (looks unlikely) i'll send some beats over to play in my absence.

@ Gambowl - I haven't tbh, somebody sent me a list of contacts for facebook so i'm going to go through messaging them over the weekend, In terms of forums I don't really know which ones would be ideal...if you know any local 'headzzz' then have a word and get 'em involved :)

@ Riddles - Safe man that's no worry, see you @ kahn tonight perhaps...

Hi Guys,

Were going to have to re-arrange with this one,

sorry for the late notice, i've tried to leave it as long as possible in hope we could get the numbers,

20 is a bare minimum given by the club,

I've not got enough solid confirmations to go ahead unfortunately,

We'll try sort something out for the end of April,

Fuck! Sorry. Me and Josh were coming down, and it looked like AJ from Mutated Forms might have come along too, and I'm sure Jim will be up for it... I'm just never on here anymore, I only popped on now to see what the deal was cause I saw the Facebook event was cancelled.

Let me know as soon as you get a date and I'll let people know, you can put me down as a definite pretty much any week night, I don't do a lot in the week apart from play with Ableton anyway haha. There's a few drum and bass heads that would probably be up for this as well, Curious, Asanyeh, Slaine, M:Pathy. It's a wicked opportunity to play your stuff on a system and I reckon a lot of people would jump at the chance!

Plus I'll bring Wooda via live laptop link (and drink enough beer to make up for both of us)!

As far as catching Tessela, I honestly have no idea, I vaguely remember a bit of Icicle, I was pretty worse for wear that night. Woke up with a black eye, covered head to toe in mud, and without my glasses haha.
