Traditional working class

This class group scores low for economic, social and cultural factors, but they do have some financial security. According to the Great British Class Survey results, lots of people in this group:

Own their own home
Are older
Tend to mix socially with people similar to themselves

survey seems flawed to me lol
some strange benchmarks both socially and economically

i dont really know any super poor or super rich people in aysralia
everyone is closer towards the middle tbh and i only know a handful of people who can afford to 'buy a house'

the gap in the UK is WIDE but at the same time more mixed, well it seemed that way to me

The trouble is it's deep within the British psyche. As much as you'd like it to just go away and everything to be fair it just doesn't pan out that way. You have your parents and your grandparents class traits handed down to you, sometimes just as clearly as your eye colour, and you will be judged and treated 'accordingly' for the rest of your life unless you can change your habits.

ahh when my dad did it, he got technical middle class. which makes sense because hes the manager of R&D at a pigment and polymers company.
