meh, i've had herpes simplex 1 since i was relatively young, it's actually pretty common. i get a coldsore for a few days once a year, thats pretty much it

I've had around 3 coldsores this month. one lingered and the other 2 were a couple of day jobs.

ANYWAY

i've not had a cigarette today and i don't intend on for the rest of the day. i can't speak for tomorrow but I've swerved my before work and morning break tabs
