You mean it didn't say this at the top of your birth certificate?

"Good job on choosing to squeeze your pudgy, dependent, froglike little body out of your mother's tnuc in such a prosperous and fertile part of the world, newborn Briton. Enjoy your cushy life on our fair isles - you've really earned it."

Give me dollars when I'm hard up, religion when I die."

Was it Israel that was sterilising refugees a while back?

They are
the people that care what becomes 'british'.
And no, I share.
Other than the right to reside which people outside of the EU don't qualify automatically what rights should be afforded a British national that should be denied another?
I'm not sure what you are asking ?
The question regarding rights was directed towards the poster who said that people who lived here longer deserved more rights. Outside of the right to reside I don't agree.

Pissing me off big time that she's dead. If I see one more picture of Bobby Sands on my FB newsfeed, I'm gonna put my head through a wall.

Thatchers politics were similar to BNPs,
She wanted to deport everyone of non-British descent?
Not that far, she thought immigrants should wait in a queue behind British nationals before getting a slice of the British pie, but she was happy to sell it to them at a pretty penny.
That is totally removed from what people like Nick Griffin said though. Plus - population who've been living here for much longer should undoubtedly have more rights. It's the same in other countries across the globe, it's just that they don't bend over backwards to support immigrants like we do.
Anyway, comments like "Thatchers politics were similar to BNPs" is just bollocks.
Why should the population who've been living here for much longer have more rights? Nationality is nothing but an accident of birth. what makes a British national who has been here for ten years more eligible for 'rights' than someone whose been here for 4?
Find it hilarious that the people who are outraged by immigrants not respecting our country are the same ones who head off to Spain for a few weeks a year, get pissed and smash the place up :cornlol:

A friend just pointed out that Brian Blessed is due to present Have I Got News For You this week.

That'll be tactful then.

Yes it is an 'accident' I suppose if you want to put it like that. It's subjective and a matter of opinion.

I am of the opinion that I am entitled to British healthcare more than lets say, a Polish immigrant because my family contributed towards the creation of the NHS and have been living on these shores for atleast 300 years. They have contributed to the economy of this nation for much longer and some of them fought in two World Wars.

I'm not saying people who haven't lived here for many generations should be denied anything (this doesn't happen anyway), but in the case of things like social housing or healthcare, Brits should take precedent. Seems fair no? Pretty sure they have a similar system in other countries regardless of ethnicity.
If you go to the Taj Mahal in India, they have a line for foreign people and a line for Indians, and Indian nationals pay a lot less. Mostly this is justified because many of those living in Agra are impoverished, but there are also a ton of more wealthy Indians who go in for less. It's just basic courtesy.

Just think it's common sense really.

Tories have been trying to re-write history all day, then getting angry when facts are pointed out. The BBC are fucking bait.

BBC just throw adjectives around. "What did she do?" "She was a brave, fearless woman."

Yeah but your parents 'contributed' not you. why should someone be more entitled to something because of who their ancestors are? Just because the Indians do it doesn't make it right. I would be pissed of if I had to wait in a longer queue because I'm not Indian.

Not if the person has paid or is paying tax or insurance that has earned them those entitlements.
